About me

Renee (she-they) has been involved with EE for over 30 years, with the past 24 years as the coordinator for the North Carolina Project Learning Tree program, based at NC State University. She also works with numerous partner groups to lead educational programming for youth and adults. One of her other areas of responsibility is 4-H youth programming, focusing on forestry and wildlife.

Renee is a life member of EENC, and served on the Board of Directors for over 10 years as Board President, Treasurer, and Partnership Chair. One of her greatest work joys is seeing the proverbial "lightbulb" of understanding in adult and youth program participants!
